Many changes happening in the office lately. Many... a lot of trauman and evaluation of roles and responsibilities have taken place. I like where we are, but that was difficult to sort through. Updating my resume' and putting it out there. We will see what happens. I am okay with where things are now... but I don't feel confident that I would like to stay where I am all year. I like the changes of this week, but feel insecure about where things are going. Our president and CFO just resigned in the same week. Ummmm. Yeah. I have started taking my clothes with me in the morning, showering and walking straight from the boathouse to work. I got in an hour and a half early today.... totally kicked butt. It makes for a long day.. but it is nice to get a lot done here. Glad it is Friday. My sister is coming down for dinner tonight which is nice. I am glad that she is able to get away a bit. And, I am thankful that she is coming to me. Rowing is going well. A couple extra rowing sessions this week has propelled us newbies into a new level of steadiness on the water. For that I am also thankful. We have a busy weekend. I wish we didn't. I would really like some down time. 127133
